PRESIDENT

Pat Casey

When it comes to Haliburton County, you can’t get any more local than the Caseys. Seven generations have had businesses here since 1867 and have had a critical role in building this community.

Pat started working in the industry from an early age, working with his father drilling and blasting. That work took them all across the province, but when his four kids started getting older, Pat decided it was time to stick closer to home, establishing Total Site Services in 2007. Since then, Pat has used his 30+ years of experience to develop the company’s portfolio to include drilling and blasting, excavating, site work, well drilling, and so much more.

In his spare time, Pat and his family are long time supporters of Water Well Ambassadors, an organization that drills wells and provides water purification systems for remote global communities currently without safe drinking water.

manager, septic division

Natalie Curwin

Natalie relocated to Haliburton County in 2015, leaving city life behind and living full time at her cottage on a lake in Gooderham. Looking to immerse herself into the community, she decided to revisit her passion for hospitality, working at both Pinestone Resort and Conference Centre as well as Bark Lake Leadership Centre, building strong relationships with industry professionals at both organizations. She has also volunteered with a number of local committees and boards, helping to give back to the community.

Natalie came to Total Site Services with fifteen years of project management experience gained working with a business and technology outsourcing company based in Toronto. She has also spent many years designing and developing corporate leadership training programs, which she delivered to management teams across North America. As the Septic Division Manager at Total Site Services, Natalie oversees the various septic crews during daily tasks, such as septic system installations, septic pumping, and system repairs. In addition to her septic division responsibilities, Natalie also attends to the Human Resources needs of the company.

In her spare time, Natalie can be found hiking around Haliburton County with her golden retriever, Rexton, in tow.

yard supervisors

Tucker + Rexton

When they’re not greeting guests in our office, Tucker and Rexton spend their days patrolling the Total Site Services yard, inspecting our fleet and maintaining the perimeter. They keep the office staff company, serving as the first line for all delivery personnel (specifically the ones with treats), collecting tennis balls from the yard, and clearing sticks and other delicious debris from the parking lot.

In their spare time, they enjoy long walks on the Rail Trail and taking naps in the middle of the floor at reception.
